Ability to Lock cells on spreadsheet?
AnsweredHi,
I'd like to lock certain columns that I have a vlookup formula on, but I don't see a way to do this. In this example I want to lock columns D and F. Anyone know how I can do this? Thanks!

I believe there's ability to lock cells in the top ribbon within the spreadsheet file. Next to insert, delete, and hide I also have the option to "lock". I believe this should allow you to lock the entire column, row, or cells.
0In addition, depending on your goals Michelle Haynes you could consider using input mode (if you have access to that feature) to accomplish something similar, albeit somewhat in "reverse" (i.e., allowing changes in specified cells/columns only).
0Thank you both Matthew Pellerito and Andrew McKenzie. That worked like a charm!
