Warning Message: The Reporting Owner has an Invalid CIK/CCC pair.
I keep getting the message above within the Section 16 Platform. I have confirmed that the CIK and CCC are correct for the reporting owner. However, this warning does not clear. How can I resolve this warning and proceed with the Form 4 filing?

Hi Kim!
Thanks for the question. You may have found your resolution already but wanted to share some of our follow-ups from our own experts.
Did you possibly recently update your credentials at all, and request a new CCC with the SEC? Or possibly are you copying and pasting the Reporting Owner's CCC in to the Reporting Owner profile or typing it it? It is case sensitive and sometimes copying/pasting can bring over unnecessary characters printing or non-printing.Let me know if you have any follow-ups for me or have questions. Thanks and chat soon!0Thanks for the follow-up. We have not updated the credentials. I have confirmed that there have been no changes to the CCC since the last filing. When I checked 2 days ago, the warning was gone. Today the warning came back. Is this a valid warning?
0Thank you for the prompt response, Kim.
That warning is usually not errant. If you are certain the CIK/CCC combo for the Reporting Owner is correct, our next suggestion is to try deleting the form, editing the Reporting Owner CCC and retyping it in there, and save it. Here you'd make sure this isn't the Company CIK and/or CCC, as it should be the Reporting Owner's CIK CCC combo. Then, create a new form and see if the warning comes back. Additionally, you could test the credentials directly on EDGAR as well.If none of that seems to fix anything, we may need to have to put in a Support ticket for our engineers to investigate.Let me know where you land and if you have any questions.
