Current EDGAR filing system disruption - Nov. 12
Today is a filing deadline for many calendar year-end filers, and therefore there is a large amount of filings being submitted. This can sometimes cause filings to be posted on the SEC some time later than the usually expected, or disruptions to EDGAR itself due to the large volume being processed by the system. The SEC has just announced they are experiencing such an outage (see here).
If you have received a confirmation email for an accepted filing with an accession number, you can reach out directly to the SEC to ask for reassurance regarding the posting times. Below is the SEC's contact info.
