Count attributes in a report

Hello everyone !
Thanks to a report, I want to count the number of attributes for each test form.
At the moment, I can list and group the attribute names (red column), but I am not able to display the number of attributes (green column).
I have tried to aggregate the attributes but it does not work.
Can anyone help me with my need ?
