What’s your favorite part about being on the Support Team?

I love helping frequent callers. James Z is the man. We are able and empowered to do quite a bit for our customers. This helps keep things at the lowest possible level which I am a huge fan of. I’m friends with my manager. 10/10 would recommend. Lots of companies don’t have this kind of culture.

Do you have any hobbies?

1. Guitar

• Primarily metal, but I like and play all kinds of music.
• Shameless plug… check out my band Sad Hotties.

2. Photography

• I mostly like shooting travel, but I shoot concerts and other events from time to time.

3. Cars

• This has been my primary money pit over the years.

Split screen function on Windows has been a lifesaver. There is a usually a Help article for pretty much everything too.
