Restricting Sections in Spreadsheets
I have a spreadsheet that will have certain sections that are restricted to some users. I see that there is an option within the filters to 'hide restricted sections' but was wondering if there is an overall setting to hide those sections so that the users don't even see that there are restricted sections (the filter is automatically on).

Unfortunately, there is no "overall setting" possible when it comes to restricting spreadsheets. Although this feature is not planned at this time, I would be happy to create a ticket and share this with our Product Team if you would like!

0Hello, this is a bit different, but for document and spreadsheet outline sections that a person does not have access to, is it possible to change the restricted person's view of that outline section wording to "Restricted", instead of how it currently shows the current outline section wording? We have files where even the document outline wording is sensitive and we don't want restricted users to see that text. We could create separate files for the individual sections, but would like to keep everything in one document for simplicity. Here's a small snip where instead of "Safety" for example, it would show "Restricted" for those that don't have any access to that section. Thanks.
