Issue identified over sending follow-up requests in Control Environment

Since the follow-up request email copy the same content from the original request, it builds a lot of frustration and confusion at the recipient end, as they think they are getting the same request over and over again. Please come-up with a solution where the recipient can only get the follow-up request/notes in the email.
