Masterfile (single spreadsheet)
We are in the process of creating a "masterfile" to house all financials and spreadsheet related items for our quarterly and annual filings. What are the best practices for organizing the information (due incorporate the annual notes with the quarterly or keep them completely independent).
Also, we have supplemental schedules that includes a rolling 5 quarters. We want to keep a current YTD calculation on the spreadsheet but also don't want to delete our links each quarter. Are you just coping and pasting the QTR financials once it is complete to separate column so the links remain the same?
