Subscribe to notifications for specific section/sheet changes
In another community thread a warning modal was discussed for locked sections/sheets, highlighting challenges that large intra-linked documents/spreadsheets present.
While the thread addresses the locking/publishing dynamic, it would also be beneficial if users could 'subscribe' to change notifications for specific sections/sheets. Necessarily, the user would need the flexibility to enable notifications only when that section/sheet is locked.

This is a very intriguing idea. What this reminds me of is the need, if Track Changes are not on, to very painfully/manually hunt through historical revisions to try to triangulate who changed what when in a document. Along these lines, it would be nice if the changes were logged more clearly somewhere (i.e., what would presumably be necessary to trigger such notifications/subscription).
