Attention EDGAR Filing Fee Beta participants.

The SEC staff will be hosting a telephone call during February 2024 for those involved the beta to provide feedback about your experiences thus far in testing the EDGAR Filing Fee Beta. To be included in this call and to submit questions, participants should email FilingFeeBetaFeedback@sec.gov by no later than February 14 2024.
