    Hi Marc,

    Thanks for the question. Is there a chance this user has not been in Workiva for quite some time? After a period of inactivity, it's possible that the user could be marked as inactive by the system. To resolve this, the recommendation is to have the user log in and use their account. 

    If you find that this doesn't solve the situation for you, please let us know and we'll look into other options. Thanks!

    Hi, thanks for the response. The user is in Wdesk every day and is able to access his account and complete tasks. I am wondering why his name is tagged with 'INACTIVE CPO'
