New Certifications - Exception Report
Classic certifications included the capability to download exception responses to a csv format and also generate a pdf report. New certifications only allows filtering of exception responses on screen - ability to export is grayed out. This feature was the most useful feature of classic certifications and the fact that it is no longer available will result in a significant amount of wasted time filtering the entire report down to just the exceptions that matter for review. Please restore this feature as soon as possible or explain how users can export exceptions only. Note filtering the entire report is complicated by the fact that the exceptions column displays "Yes" for non-exception responses that are entered. Exception column should be based on the question setting only. Ability to filter between comments that relate to exceptions vs. comments that relate to additional explanations for non-exception response would be very useful.

When the response report is exported all "Exception" responses AND "Alerts" (voluntary comments) are grouped into the same column. There are no additional data elements in the report that would allow someone to further filter in order to distinguish voluntary comments from true Exception responses. Agreed that this limits the usefulness of the report and makes it very difficult and tedious to review and ensure the proper attention is given to true Exceptions. Please correct this issue as soon as possible. Many thanks!
