Generate PDF after certifying a letter is not available for the certifier

Dear Workiva,

Our Assignees to certify a letter don't log in to Wdesk. They receive a notification email with the link to certify a letter. Using the classic Certification process, the signers were able to generate the PDF letter report using the link on the notification email and after certifying.

Requirement for the new Process-based solution: Letter Assignee signer should have the option to generate a pdf after they have certified the letter and submitted their responses without log in to Wdesk.

    Hello - I wanted to get an update on this request. Will the PDF be an option for users who don't sign into the system? We have signers currently requesting this feature. Please advise. Thank you!
