Certification actions in Processes
Previously, in Classic Certifications, we were able to change the due date after the process was sent. This appears to no longer be the case in Processes for certification actions. We have certification actions that get signed, in sequence, by 2 or more approvers. If the first person in the process misses the due date, the 2nd approver will receive the task email with a due date that is already past due. We've had a few complaints from people since they are being asked to approve by an impossible due date. Can you consider reinstating the ability to change the due date for certification tasks?

Hi Sandra Gardner
You are able to change the due date after a process was sent out.
Please go to the toolbar, click on the properties, and from there you will be able to change the due date.
keep in mind though that due dates at the action level (which generate the due dates for specific tasks) are different than the due date for the process itself (which doesn't impact tasks). If you want to change due dates on an action after a process starts, we'll support that by November 15th (ability to edit unsent actions in a running process).0Hi Isaac...Yes, I'm referring to changing due dates at the action level once the action has been sent. Will or can that be supported in the future? Thanks
0Hi Sandra,
I have added you to the ticket to track when this is released. It is set for November.
Thanks for your feedback!0
