Best practice for us is simply highlighting the text you would like to link across documents; right click and select "create source" link; and simply [Copy+Pasting] where you would like the destination text to reside. Reminder, the "source" text will be the only location the text can be updated.

    Hi there,

I have tried this option, but it didn't work. Also would it be an option that you can copy one document with all source links to another. I could break the source links for the sections I want to adjust. This saves a lot in the manual copy and pasting. Hope you can help me out! Thank you!

Hi! I tried the "create source" link option and it worked but I'm trying to copy/create a link for a big chunk of the page and it creates multiple links that is not easy to navigate in the source section...is there a way to create 1 link with all the paragraphs I want to replicate in another section/page? Thank you!
