Unit Format
Hi there,
I need Long Upper $-Billion - is there any way to create this other than using Suffix?
Can this be added to the dropdown?

Hi Dale Karasek
At this time, there is no way to create this without using a suffix. I will create and Idea ticket for you to potentially get this added. You will be able to track progress and all updates on that ticket.
0Hi there - I am also interested in this functionality - could you please provide any updates as to whether this is being looked at?
0Hi Nicole Volek,If you're using Accounting or Currency format:
- Set Shown in →Billions
- Set Unit Format →Long Upper(displays "Billion")
- Ensure the Currency symbol is set to$
- The$symbol will appear via the currency setting, and "Billion" from the unit format — together giving you$1.5 BillionOption 2 — Use Suffix (as you mentioned)If the above combination doesn't produce exactly what you need, the Suffix field (e.g., entering) combined with a Prefix ofBillion $gives full control over the display. Note: Prefix and Suffix are display only and do not affect the underlying numeric value. There is no single "Long Upper $-Billion" format available as a preset — the$andBillionlabels come from two separate settings (currency symbol + unit format). Using Suffix remains the most flexible workaround if the combined display doesn't render as expected. I'lll get you added to the ticket in the meantime!0Please sign in to leave a comment.
