Workiva Sync Selection of Existing Files in uploading

Can the program be updated to select specific years for uploading in Workiva Sync?

In Wdesk Sync, it was easier to locate the file to upload if we opened the spreadsheet, while in Workiva, click on recent files and locate the specific file easier.

In Workiva Sync, "Choosing a spreadsheet file" does not allow for recent file location or a specific year option. The selection can pull multiple entities or upon entering the business units number the options pull up historical files. For users new to the program can accidentally override historical files because of the dropdown selection.

    "Choosing a spreadsheet file" this dropdown lists recent spreadsheets that you at least have edit access to by default. If you type anything into the field, it's treated as a search box. Are you able to navigate the Workiva Sync file selection UI successfully? Can you help us understand how this UX pattern is impacting your current process?
