Cancel Option

Currently, I have a new certification process active in Processes and one of the users received a certification but is now on leave.  In the previous cert process, we could skip the user and add our notes for explanation.   Is there an option on how to complete this task in the new format?   I notice there is a 'cancel' option but nothing else.  

And if cancel is the only option, will I need to add the user back into the process next quarter when they return?

    Right now, you'd need to cancel and add a new action to the person necessary. Skip is coming soon so you can either wait until that is out or plan to use this method next time.
