Processes - Certifications Document Upload
Hi! We are using the new Processes for our Certifications, however, some users when trying to attach a file to a Certification the system does not uploads the file. There is no error message in the screen.
Right now the users have viewer access in the Workspace, they can see and access the certification but in order to upload an attachment in the Certification should we give a editor access for that particular process in order to include attachment? My concern is that we do not want the users to edit it own Certification as a control.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We've had the same thing - just no response to trying to add file, no error message. Things just don't attach.
What seems to allow for upload/attachment is if the user has File Explorer open (assuming you are on Windows). Not sure why that works! It doesn't even have to be to the location of the file we are trying to upload.
For what it's worth, we are just in a testing phase with these, users testing it with me do edit access to the process, not sure if that will affect it.
