Change time entries in test forms

We are using time tracking in our SOX testing to track and calculate the time spent for SOX-testing. Recently we've changed (i.e. deleted) some time entries from a test form. However, we noted that the correspondent time tracking report still contained the incorrect entries. After consultation with your CSM we've learned that simply deleting the time entries from the test form does not fully remove the records as they are stored in a separate data type.

That seems a bit odd for me. I would have expected time entries to be more transactional data. Do we always need to manually (via CSM) update the time entries?

    Hello Udo,
    You do have the ability to update time entries yourself, without a CSM. Please ask your CSM to "unhide the time entry data", if you would like to delete the actual records yourself!
