    Hello Shannon Towles,

    SSO will be available for Workiva Sync in late June. SSO is a work in progress, so I can't give you a firm date at this time. However, I've been assured that this is an extremely high priority item, so it will be released sooner rather than later!

    How will sync work for SSO after June 30th if Wdesk Sync will be discontinued? Or is that no longer the case?

    Hi Shannon!

    The sunset date for Wdesk Sync has been pushed back to September 30, 2023, updated from June 30, 2023, so you'll be able to use them in tandem for a bit longer. Apologies for any confusion there. Do give us a holler if you have any follow-ups for us.

    Hi, 

    Some of my colleagues do not have the Single Sign-on option when they log in from the Workiva Sync Excel add-in. Is there a solution to get it visible again for these people? They do have the Single Sign-on option when they login directly to Wdesk via browser.
