Exporting links created in Wdesk and retain the link function in excel
We've created links in Wdesk spreadsheets, but we need to retain those link capabilities in Excel, is that possible. For example, I have a spreadsheet that has a section for table of contents. Each section is currently linked to a section in the spreadsheet. There are over 100 sections. When I export this to excel, I lose the link feature. Is there a way to retain that vs. having to manually set up those hyperlinks in excel?

Hello Stacey Borgstadt,
There is not a way to retain the links so, you'll need to set those up manually in excel. It's considered "best practice" for teams to use the Workiva platform for all reporting needs!Feel free to reach out with any other questions :)0@isabel Messore, Unfortunately, that's not does not allow our company to meet it's regulatory obligations. We are required to provide regulators full functioning excel files to support our filings.
0Ahh I see Stacey Borgstadt, I shall put in a Support ticket for you and see if our engineers can think of a workaround!
