How to Generate a “File with Workiva” Code

The ability to File with Workiva using a generated filing code is available for Workspace Owners. To generate a File with Workiva code:

  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings
  2. Go to the Filing tab
  3. Select the File with Workiva option
  4. Click the Generate New button. There's also a convenient button to copy the code to your clipboard.

 

Once generated, the File with Workiva code is valid for 24-hours and can be used for all SEC Filings, including Section 16, within the Workspace it was generated.
