To determine the level of access collaborators have to a Sustainability Program, a Program Owner can set its permissions.
Permission levels
To use Sustainability Program, workspace members need the Sustainability reporting role. Programs also enable various levels of access based on permission type.
Permission | Level of access |
---|---|
Owner | Has full access to the Program, including its permissions and dimension configuration |
Editor | Can change the Program's outline, topics and metrics, but not its permissions or available dimensions |
Viewer | Can view the Program's outline, topics, and metrics, but not make any edits |
Note: Only Workspace Owners can set up Program tags.
