To determine the level of access collaborators have to a Sustainability Program, a Program Owner can set its permissions.
Permission levels
To use Sustainability Program, workspace members need the Sustainability reporting role. Programs also enable various levels of access based on permission type.
| Permission | Level of access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Has full access to the Program, including its permissions and dimension configuration |
| Editor | Can change the Program's outline, topics and metrics, but not its permissions or available dimensions |
| Viewer | Can view the Program's outline, topics, and metrics, but not make any edits |
Note: Only Workspace Owners can set up Program tags.
Set permissions for a Program
While permissions are typically set during the Program's creation, you can set or update them at any time.
- From Program overview, click Permissions .
- Select the permission level for each collaborator or group.
Tip: To find a specific collaborator or group, search by their name.
- Click Close.
To view collaborators and groups based on their level access, click Filter and select the applicable permissions.
Restrict access to a Program
To restrict someone's access to a Program, remove the group or collaborator from its permissions:
- From Program overview, click Permissions .
- For each collaborator or group to prevent from accessing the Program, click Remove .
- Click Close.
