Flowchart Auto Arrangement and Tidying
Workiva can now help tidy your flowchart in multiple ways. Move shapes to avoid overlap. Clean up connectors without rearranging shapes. Or use the Rearrange gesture to rebuild the layout with a new preview step!

Be audit-ready with Transport & Distribution calculation details
You can now export the calculation details for your transport and distribution from Workiva Carbon.
From Measure, select Transport & Distribution then click Export audit details to get a CSV file that includes activity details, calculation results, GHG Protocol context, and emission factor and conversion details.

Presentations
Comments can now be included in export to PPTX
Workiva now allows you to select whether comments are to be included when you export a Presentation to PPTX. This can be selected from the Advanced option in the Export options dialog (found by selecting "Save As" in the File tab).
Note: Comments in PowerPoint are set on a slide, not the object. If you move objects in PowerPoint, the comment will not move with the object.

Sustainability
Simplify revised European Sustainability Reporting Standards with Workiva AI
To help clarify the revised European Sustainability Reporting Standards adopted by the European Commission in July 2026, you can now add Revised ESRS as a knowledge base in Workiva AI.
With this knowledge base, you can prompt Workiva AI to help summarize the disclosure requirements of the revised ESRS. To help explain differences between the revised Standards and the ESRS Delegated Act of 2023, you can also add both Revised ESRS and ESRS as knowledge bases.
The ESRS and Revised ESRS knowledge bases are available for Sustainability Reporting Advanced workspaces enabled with both Workiva AI and the ESRS.
