Workiva is aware and closely monitoring the ongoing potential security incident of our secure identity provider, Okta. At this time there is no indication of an impact to Workiva or our customers as a result of this situation. Workiva uses Okta’s FedRAMP-authorized environment, which we have been told was unaffected by this incident.
We will continue to monitor the situation within our own environment and work with Okta and our other vendors to ensure prompt awareness of any upstream risk in the event one of our vendors becomes impacted by the incident.

Workiva has received updated information from Okta confirming that we are not affected by their security incident.
