New: Version 4 Emission factor library now available
New Emission factor publications are available, and the newest library version will be selected by default for any years that have not yet had any data uploaded.

New: Two commands added to Workday
The Get Worker and Import Budget commands have been added to the Workday premium connector to retrieve worker info and publish budget data.
New: Chain Builder UI improvements
The UI has been refined for better usability and responsiveness, including new node execution animations and a cleaner Node panel design.

New: DOCX Export now includes Style Guides [cite: 5]
Workiva document style guides are now exported as part of Microsoft *.docx exports, allowing styles to be preserved in the exported file. [cite: 5]
New: New and updated spacing option!
The toolbar spacing option has been consolidated into a dropdown, including a new distributed spacing option for CJK locales.

Change: Name and email display when adding an existing Organization user [cite: 5]
The platform now checks if a username exists when adding a user; if it cannot retrieve full info, specific personal details are hidden in the UI. [cite: 5]
New: Convert destination links to source links across documents
You can now convert a destination link into a source link even across different documents, making link management easier.
New: Merge source links
You can now combine two source links into one across text, tables, charts, and spreadsheets to keep destinations organized.
New: Comment Historical Actions
When a comment thread is resolved or reopened, an automatic action is added including the username and a timestamp.
New: Glossaries increased to 50 Languages
The machine translation glossary now supports up to 50 languages within the Workiva platform.

New: Copy automations, attachments, comments, or outline labels to new Program year [cite: 5]
When adding a reporting year, you can now individually choose which elements like automations or comments to include in the copies. [cite: 5]
New: Sustainability Program now supports up to 1,000 topics [cite: 5]
To help ease data collection, the topic limit for a Sustainability Program has been increased from 500 to 1,000. [cite: 5]
New: Add multiple assignees to metric tasks
You can now add multiple workspace members to a metric task, allowing any assignee to complete the task.
New: Prepare for draft simplified ESRS with Transition Accelerator
A new accelerator on the Workiva Marketplace helps users identify and adjust metrics based on draft simplified ESRS changes.

New: View Prior Historical Data Roll Forwards
Users are now able to view previously completed Historical Data Roll Forwards to see summary information.
