There are two possibilities depending if you have or you do not have any changes in your financial statements compared to the previous year.
If you DO NOT have any changes in your account names, then a conversion and validation would allow you to see if the information between the Excel Template and PDF is correct. This can be seen if all the financial figures are lighting up.
If you HAVE any changes to your accounts, new accounts or changed name accounts, then you will need to request Update Mapping from us. Here is how to do it.
After the Update Mapping is conducted, if there are any errors, and the respective accounts are not highlighted in the Viewer, make sure that the figures are the same as in the PDF. Important to remember here is that the Excel Template should mirror 100% the information in the PDF.
