As a ParsePort customer, you have access to the ParsePort Platform 24/7, but on rare occasions, you may experience that the Platform is inaccessible for short periods of time due to maintenance.
The issue will usually be resolved within an hour, but in case the issue persists, please contact support@parseport.com and we will assist you / provide assistance.
