The Excel template you use for conversion will sometimes contain comments on one or more cells. These comments are used to guide our converter, so the labels in question are mapped correctly. This means that such comments should not be deleted or overwritten, as it will ruin the mapping.
Alternatively, some of the labels of the financial statements in the Excel template might be written in blue, and differ slightly from the actual report. This is a similar situation as above, and the blue labels are used to make sure the accounts are mapped correctly.
If you accidentally delete one of these comments or edit the blue text, and you cannot undo the modification/deletion, then please contact our Professional Services team , and they will help you recover your files.
