When you have finalized your implementation process, including the training session with your contact person, an automated email will be sent within the following hours and it will allow you to set up your portal access. Once your credentials are granted, you will have the possibility to create an admin role/email to a specific account and create as many credentials as you please within your organization.

If you are an existing customer that has requested access through the request form, you should expect an automated email shortly. Please, remember to check your spam/junk folder in case our automated message ends up there.
If you have participated in the implementation and training meeting or you have requested access to the platform but haven’t yet received your set up link for the platform access, please reach out to us at support@parseport.com and we will help you as soon as possible.
