When you’ve gone through the onboarding process, you will receive an email with instructions on setting up your login credentials. The email contains a link which expires after 48 hours, that allows you to create one set of credentials.
If for some reason the link has expired before you get a chance to use it, go to the portal login screen and click “Forgot Password”. When you input your email and click “reset link”, you will receive a new email with instructions to set up your password.
