First, try to undo the action of deleting the simplified tags in one of the following ways:
Try pressing undo in the top left in Excel (or by pressing ctrl+z in Windows and cmd+z in Mac)
Close the Excel workbook WITHOUT saving. Be sure to check the file afterwards to make sure that the simplified tags are working again.
Note: if you have saved the file after deleting the simplified tag, it is not possible to undo the action.
