Aside from any changes to the specific figures in both the Excel template and your PDF, you need to change the scale of the figures in your general data sheet.
If you open the Excel template and go to the “General data ESEF” sheet, you will see a list of specifications related to your report.
Under the header “General” there is an entry titled “Scale” which lists either 0, 3, 6 or 9. Change the number to correspond to how you wish to list your figures.
- 0: Figures in your report are listed as whole amounts
- 3: Figures in your report are listed as thousands
- 6: Figures in your report are listed as millions
- 9: Figures in your report are listed as billions.
