Respond to CDP 2025 questionnaire from Sustainability Explorer
If your Sustainability Explorer includes CDP 2025, you can collaborate on responses to questions specific to your company's 2025 questionnaire for CDP — formerly Carbon Disclosure Project — with other members of your Sustainability Reporting workspace. To help inform responses, you can review guidance from CDP and Sustainability Program metrics that collect related values alongside each question.
When responses are ready, a Questionnaire Owner can update the respective questions within your CDP submission — directly from the workspace, no copy/paste required!
Note: If necessary, set up your tailored CDP questionnaire — based on your company's unique CDP API ID — in Sustainability Explorer to get started.

Complete metric tasks on behalf of assignees and approvers
From Sustainability Program, you can now manage multiple of a metric's tasks of a metric at once, on behalf of assignees or approvers who are otherwise unavailable. From the metric, select Tasks, then choose the tasks to manage and select the respective action from Manage tasks.
- To complete a task on behalf of an approver, select Skip approval step.
- To complete a task on behalf of an assignee:
- If the task has approvers assigned, select Send for approval.
- If the task has no approvers assigned, select Complete.
Tip: To help reduce email fatigue, you can also choose whether to send task notifications to the assigned workspace members.

Query on dimension names and values for metric values
To help support and prepare for Sustainability Program metrics with multiple dimensions, you can now include the Dimension name and Dimension value fields — numbered 1 to 7 — in Query. With these fields, you can return the dimensions and dimensional values applied to a Program's metric values, for metrics that support multiple dimensions. To learn more, view Use Sustainability Program data in Query.
