Carbon
Bulk upload data from spreadsheets to Buildings category
To add data in bulk for the Buildings category, you can now upload spreadsheets in your own custom format, and then map their headings and values to Carbon's data structure — assisted with smart suggestions — and validate the data to complete its upload. You can perform validation and make changes directly in the bulk upload flow, and save your progress to resume during a future session.
This new bulk upload currently supports only the Buildings category, with additional categories planned later this quarter.

Updated EPA EEIO emission factors
As part of our commitment to transparency and data quality, Workiva Carbon updated its emission factor logic for scope 3 categories that use U.S. EPA's Environmentally Extended Input-Output (EEIO) data set.
