Add prefixes and suffixes to document page numbers
You can now add a prefix or suffix to page numbers in the Header and Footer properties. Features such as table of contents and page number references also incorporate the page number prefix and suffix option.

Proactive error notifications for Single Sign-On (SSO) failures
We have improved our SSO login experience by introducing proactive error notifications. When users encounter an SSO failure they will receive an email with specific error details and recommended actions, helping them more quickly resolve issues with their IT teams.
Platform
Special characters and accented letters now supported in names
Workiva now supports special characters and accented letters in first names, last names, usernames, display names, and workspace names. This enhancement resolves issues caused by character mismatches, improves international accessibility, and reduces support tickets.
Supported languages: Catalan, Danish, Dutch, Faroese, Finnish, Flemish, German, Icelandic, Irish, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish.

ESG is now Sustainability
Your Workiva solution is evolving — from Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting to broader Sustainability Reporting. As such, ESG Program and ESG Explorer are now Sustainability Program and Sustainability Explorer. Same features, new names!

Complete Sustainability Program metric tasks from Tasks panel
To ease data collection for a Sustainability Program, assignees and approvers can now provide or review any required supporting notes or attachments and complete their tasks from the Tasks panel of a connected source file. Assignees and approvers can also continue to complete their tasks from the file's Sustainability panel.
