Links are a powerful tool for maintaining data integrity. By updating a source link in a cell, you update all linked destination cells . You can also create a text link by copying text and pasting it into another text location in your document.

Note: Anyone can publish their own links, but only the document owner can publish all changes to the links.

While you can delete individual links by selecting a particular cell, it's often quicker to remove all links in a section or an entire file.

Remove all links
Click Linking > Remove all links in the data toolbar to remove all links in the entire file.
