Link Properties help you see and manage all of your source and destination links in one place.
Link Properties Panel
The Link Properties panel shows you all the sources and destinations of a linked value in your spreadsheet, document, or presentation. You can quickly go to any of your source or destination links directly from the panel. You can also view the number of links in your file and how close you are to reaching your link limit.
To open the Link Properties panel, right click on a link in your document. The Link Properties panel will open on the right side of your screen.

FAQ
What happens to links when a file is deleted?
Deleted files are held in the
trash
and can be recovered at any time. While in the trash, files are still
considered
"active" and will appear in the Link Properties panel — but the links
themselves
are inactive and do not update.
The trash does not empty on its own, but it can be emptied by a workspace owner or content manager.
What happens when a workspace owner or content manager empties the trash?
When the trash is emptied, files are held for an additional 30 days. Links will continue to behave exactly the same during this time.
After 30 days, the files are permanently deleted — or "shredded." Once shredded, all remaining source links are removed and any destination links become disconnected.
What if I take a file out of the trash?
Recovered files and links will continue to function normally. Any recovered destination links will be immediately updated to the latest published value.
