We are working to develop a number of new features that enable more comprehensive entity reporting within the Workiva platform. New features will begin rolling out in Q4 2025, with additional work around workflow management and intelligent reporting planned for 2026.
As part of this initiative, we’re inviting motivated customers and partners to join this preview and help shape the future of entity reporting in Workiva.
Note: Customers who participate in the Entity 360 preview will be opted into each of the features included in the full entity oversight experience. This program, and its associated feature previews, are provided from October 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. Workiva may extend the testing period of the preview features at its discretion.
What can Entity 360 do?

What is expected as a participant?
As a participant, you’ll partner with our product team to:
- Provide early feedback on features as they’re released
- Evaluate the value of the overall experience
- Test and adopt features
- Share your perspective with other customers
Participants will receive:
- Preview access to all Entity 360 features
- Direct support from Workiva
- Influence over feature design and roadmap decisions
Participants should be open to:
- Signing Workiva’s standard Preview terms
- Providing regular feedback
- Serving as a customer reference through testimonials or presentations

Preview features
The following features will be available in Preview:
- Defining and managing legal entities at the organization level
- Associating entities to reports, including filing date and reporting year
- Accessing and querying entity data in wData
- Discovering and managing files by entity information and grouping
