Save column resize in report data
Within GRC reports, you can resize the width of columns in report data. After you adjust the width, it will put report data in draft that can be saved, and the new column width will persist.
Spreadsheets
Now Available: Style Guide Import
With Enhanced Style Guide Import, Document Owners have the ability to:
- Replace all existing styles with imported styles
- Replace all styles in a style group with imported styles
- Replace specific styles in a style group with imported styles
- Add imported styles to a style group

Structured Content Management
Update to smart link sharing recipients
When sharing a smart link for use across workspaces, a user must select each recipient who will have permission to the smart link in other workspaces. If a user wishes to give themself permission to use the link across workspaces, they must select themself as a recipient.
Going forward, the user who is sharing the smart link will already be selected as an intended recipient by default. They can be removed prior to sharing.

Minimum password character length reduced from 16 to 12 characters for EU and APAC
To enhance user experience, reduce login failures, and decrease support calls without compromising security, the minimum password character length has now been reduced from 16 to 12 characters for customers in the EU and APAC regions.
Report translations for select solutions
Report Translations are now available for certain solutions! This allows you to translate a document in Workiva via export to a Translation Management System with a specific file format. Translators can translate in their existing tools then import the translated content back into Workiva, maintaining numeric links, formatting, and design.
