Reset a user's password
Org User Admins can reset a user's password if they forget their password. When you reset a user's password, it disables their current password and they are sent an email with a reset link that expires in 24 hours.
Note: Only an Org User Admin of the user's home organization can reset the user's password.
To reset a user's password:
- In Organization Admin, go to Identity & access management > Identities > People.
- Find the user by searching or scrolling through the list. Check the box next to their username.
- Click Reset Password in the toolbar.
- Click Reset Password to finish.
