As a Service Provider Admin, you can export a CSV file of user details for all users in a specific organization or in all organizations. This is helpful when you need to review multiple user details at once. By default, exports include the following fields:
- Username
- Last Name
- First Name
- Active
- Last Login
- Organization Memberships
- Organization Roles
- Workspace Memberships
If needed, you can choose to include additional details about the users’ workspace roles. When you include workspace roles in your export, there will be a column for each possible role. Then, in each row per user, you’ll see in which workspaces (in the organizations you chose for the export) that user has that role. For example, in the column for the Workspace Owner role, you’ll see the names of all the workspaces (in the selected organizations for the export) where each user has the Workspace Owner role.

Export user details
To export user details:
- Go to the Service Provider Admin portal.
- On the People tab, click Export.
- Choose a specific organization to export, or select Export all organizations.
- If needed, choose to Include workspace roles in your export.
- Click Export to begin exporting and downloading the exported file.
