As a Service Provider Admin, you’ll be able to manage all of your organizations from the Organizations tab in the Service Provider Admin portal.
Open an organization
To open the admin view for a specific organization:
- Go to the Service Provider Admin portal.
- On the Organizations tab, search for your organization name, or navigate through the list.
- Click the menu icon next to the organization and select Open Organization. You can also select View Members to go directly to the People tab in the admin view.
Open a workspace
To open the admin view for a specific workspace:
- Go to the Service Provider Admin portal.
- On the Organizations tab, search for the organization name that the workspace belongs to, or navigate through the list.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to the organization to open up the list of workspaces belonging to that organization.
- Click the menu icon next to your desired workspace and select Open Workspace. You can also select View Members to go directly to the Members tab in the admin view for that workspace.
