As a Service Provider Admin, you can remove users from multiple organizations at once. Removing a user from an organization will automatically remove them from all workspaces in that organization. All of their files and activities will be kept for historical records.
Remove users
To remove users from organizations (and all the workspaces in those organizations):
- Go to the Service Provider Admin portal.
- On the People tab, find the users you want to remove by searching or navigating through the list. You can filter the list of users by organization name for easier searching. Check the box next to their username.
- Click Remove and then Remove users.
- Click Remove to finish.
Remove users in bulk via CSV file
To remove a list of users from organizations (and all the workspaces in those organizations) via CSV file:
- Go to the Service Provider Admin portal.
- On the People tab, click Remove and then Remove users via file.
- Click Download Template to help you with accurate formatting, and fill out the template. If you're using your own file, make sure that the column headings match the headings in the template. A valid CSV file looks like this:

- Review the list of users that will be removed, and click Remove users.
- You can click Upload another file to remove more users via another file, or click Finish.
