If you manage multiple organizations in Workiva, it can become repetitive and time-consuming to perform your administrative tasks in each of those organizations one by one.
To simplify your work, the Service Provider Admin portal displays all of your organizations in a single place and gives you the ability to complete your administrative tasks for multiple organizations and workspaces at once.
Access the Service Provider Admin portal
Note: Only those with the Service Provider Admin role can access the Service Provider Admin portal. If you don’t have the Service Provider Admin role, but would like to get it, contact your Managed Service Provider (MSP) Success Manager.
If you haven’t yet signed into the Workiva platform, on the Select Destination screen, click the Service Provider Admin portal button under Service Provider Admin.
If you’re already in a workspace, click your workspace name in the top right corner of the platform and then click Switch organization. Then, on the Select Destination screen, click the Service Provider Admin portal button under Service Provider Admin.
