An Org Admin or Workspace Admin must "opt in" to data sharing by enabling the Share workspace setting in Workiva. This is found under the "General" tab.
This setting allows users in other workspaces to search for the user groups created in your workspace, and share datasets with them. Without this ability, datasets can only be shared with individual users.
Sharing data
Once the above setting is enabled in a destination workspace, data sharers will have the ability to share a dataset or a smart link with that entire user group.
