From Sustainability Program, you can collect values for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) or sustainability metrics. From a metric, you can view and manage all of its values together in a grid.
View values for collection period
A metric can collect multiple values throughout a Program year, based on biannual, quarterly, or monthly frequency. From Values, you can choose the year and collection period of the metric values to view.
Tip: To view all values for the Program year, select All periods in Collection period.
Edit value details
From the grid, you can edit values' details inline, directly in their respective rows.
To focus on a specific value's details or connect it to a source file, select Edit details from its menu.
Sort, pin, or hide columns
From the grid, you can arrange or group dimensional values by specific details, such as based on dimension, assignee, or approver. From the detail's column header, select Sort by ASC or Sort by DESC to arrange the values in ascending or descending order, respectively.
To anchor a column to an end of the grid, such as based on priority, select Pin to left or Pin to right from its header. To return a pinned column to its original position, select Unpin.
To focus on only specific details, hide columns as necessary:
- To hide a specific column, select Hide column from its header.
- To hide multiple columns, select Manage columns from any header, then select the details to view.
Note: To help ensure clarity, some columns — such as the dimensional value or menu — can't be hidden.
Tip: Changes you make to the values' sort order or column layout are for your personal use and don't appear for other workspace members. To return the columns to their default settings, click Reset view.
Apply an aggregation
To help ease at-a-glance analysis, you can apply an aggregation to a column, such as to view a sum or average of a metric's Value column. From the column's header, select the type of aggregation to apply:
