Chains

New: Execute report script
We've added a new command to the Oracle Analytics Cloud connector that returns outputs generated by executing a report script specification file.
Fixed: Command-level errors will no longer stop an entire chain
We've fixed an issue that would cause an entire chain to stop running when a command triggered a server-side error.

New: Streamlined units of measurement for ESG Program metrics
ESG Program metrics that collect Number, Currency, or Percent values now offer only commonly used units of measurement by default.
New: SASB 2023-12 revisions now Pending in ESG Explorer
ESG Explorer now includes SASB's 2023-12 revisions as Pending to help prepare data collection for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting.
Improved: Updated color palette for Tasks panel in ESG Program
The Program Status widget in Home and Task Status chart on the Tasks panel of ESG Program metrics and topics both now feature an updated color palette for improved clarity.
Update: Import from CDP dashboard widget deprecated
With the closure of the submission window for CDP 2023 questionnaires, Workiva's ESG Reporting solution no longer includes the Import CDP Questionnaire dashboard widget in Home.
New: ESRS content now Current in ESG Explorer
In ESG Explorer, European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) content now appears as Current, given its publication in the EU's Official Journal.
New: Collect biannual values for ESG Program metrics
To enable two collection periods — H1 and H2 — for an ESG Program metric, you can now select a collection frequency of Biannually from the Configure Metric panel.

New: Ability to notify when an attachment is ready in Markup Viewer
When opening an attachment in the Markup Viewer, a "Notify me when my file is ready" option is now available.
Improved: Rename and rearrange testing matrices in audits
You can now rearrange evidence testing matrices within a procedure form and rearrangements will be reflected in the Attachments panel.
Improved: Improved data record creation permission handling
This update allows the user to more easily grant creation permission in the report permission editor for multiple data types.

Change: Classic Account Admin shutdown
All Classic Account Admin features have now been shut down, and the ability to navigate to Classic Account Admin from the current Workiva Platform navigation menu has been removed.
New: Org Admins can now archive workspaces
Org Admins can now archive workspaces that are no longer needed by going to Workspaces in Organization Admin.

Change: Role updates for scripting users
To better differentiate scripting roles, the Script Viewer and Script Editor roles no longer have the ability to run scripts, and a new Script Runner role has been introduced.

Fixed: Fixed Workiva Sync login errors
We have fixed Workiva Sync login errors that were potentially caused by recent Excel updates.

New: Sign in to Workiva directly from Workiva Tasks
You can now sign in to Workiva directly from Workiva Tasks by going to the sign in button in the toolbar.

New: Create a destination folder when moving files to another workspace
When moving files to another workspace, you can now choose to create a destination folder in the destination workspace.
